Language Services Framework
Introduction
The Language Services Framework, managed by the NHS London Procurement Partnership, is designed to support the procurement of language services across various regions in the UK. This framework is operational from its commencement until 1st January 2028 and is structured to facilitate the procurement process by offering a structured and compliant route for obtaining language services. Lot 2b: Face to Face Interpretation in London and South East regions. 5. Lot 3: Telephone Interpretation available across all regions. 6. Lot 4: Video Interpretation (Spoken) available across all regions. 7. Lot 5a: Non-Spoken Language Interpretation for all other regions. 8. Lot 5b: Non-Spoken Language Interpretation in London and South East regions. 9. Lot 6: Written Translation, Transcription, and Ancillary Services across all regions. These services cover a comprehensive range of language needs, from spoken and non-spoken communication to written translations and transcriptions, ensuring that all potential language barriers can be addressed.
Who Can Apply
The framework is suitable for a variety of language service providers, including those offering interpretation, translation, and transcription services. Given that this is not a DPS, suppliers must apply during the initial procurement phase or at specified points during the framework's lifecycle.
